Collection content is erased constantly

Expected Behavior

All changes done to collection are reflected in git commit window

Actual Behavior

I have a yml collection stored in git. When I do changes to collection there is the only change in git commit - all content is marked as removed. So if I accept the change, then I would end up with a blank file. Therefore I need to do changes in baby steps, committing quite often and loosing changes. Most likely it happens when I do requests

The collection is quite large.
