missing clear instruction for installing docker image vor remote access #1329
Description
I know there is a short explantion about the docker container version here https://github.com/microsoft/mcp/tree/main/servers/Azure.Mcp.Server#docker
but i do mis clear insturction on how to use this as Remote MCP Server.
purpose is to run this container next tot n8n on an simple azure vm using managed id or credentions is also fine.
goal is mainly simple poc and testing.
No container apps or other needs but can't seem to get it to work.
