Update FAQ, HTTP timeout example

Fixing open issue #231 as a means of getting familiar with the code base.

• Updates the FAQ to document the correct HTTP default timeout (10s)
• Update the example so that it includes all of the required http_client configuration and doesn't raise due to an empty base url
